摘要

Abstract

  This paper analyses the algorithm deeply about the space tool radius compensation,prepares and verifies the algorithm that puts the space tool radius compensation vectors into 5-axis CNC system. Takes A-C axis dual rotary working table 5-axis CNC system for example,the special postprocessor based on coordinates data in cutter location source file which generated from UG NX 6.0 software has been developed and applied. According to simulate and machine blade realistically in five-axis CNC machine. The actual results indicate that the proposed method is correct and the special postprocessor is useful.
