Abstract
In order to meet the requirement of the cigarette packaging machine production rate rises ceaselessly and cigarette manufacturing enterprises are becoming more and more strict requirements on product quality,this article introduces a new type of laser detection system for cigarette used in the cigarette packaging machine, the laser detection system based on triangulation distance measurement principle,used laser as the detection medium,using a series of advanced industrial automation technology, including CCD photoelectric position sensitive receiver,magnetic absolute position sensor,TCP/IP Industrial Ethernet and IPC industrial computer etc, with advantages of high detection precision,high accuracy,high processing speed,high reliability,easy maintenance etc.关键词
