摘要
Abstract
This paper makes the failure analysis of broken polytetrafluorethylene(F4) metal sereened hose tube.The image of this cross-section is shown and it is determined that the brittle fracture of this hose tube is caused by the instantaneous over pressure.FLUENT and ABAQUS are used to simulate the flow rate,pressure and stress distribution.The conclusion can be drawn that the brought due to fast cutting the front valve off causes hammer pressure the fracture of the F4 metal sereened hose tube.关键词
