摘要

Abstract

The linear guide is widely used in machinery industry due to its special characteristics.It has many advantages,such as simple structure,minimal static and dynamic frictional coefficient,high positioning accuracy and good precision retentivity.Its performance has a direct impact on the overall performance of the machine.The friction and wear is closely related to the dynamics characteristics.So through analyzing its mechanism,the friction and wear of the equipment is reduced or even prevented,the ways of improving the wear resistance in explored,in order to save energy and extend the life of workpiece.
