Abstract
In order to improve the effects of the flax-removal equipment and increase the purity of tobacco in the process of threshing and retrying,the TRIZ theory is applied to technological improvement for the flax-removal equipment.Based on the analyzing the operation conditions of flax-removal equipment,the contradiction matrix is obtained and related solutions are put forward as follows:1.using self-adhesive belt,installed on the vibrating screen in the way of step by step,to remove flax;2.installing Flax-removal roller on the conveyors of piece tobacco to remove flax.After the implementation,the effect of flax-removal equipment is enhanced,the purity of tobacco is improved and the engineering problems in technological improvements of flax-removal equipment are solved effectively.关键词
