摘要
Abstract
According to a kind of shield machine the cutter head drive hydraulic system of the φ6.4m EPB shield machine is designed.Firstly,the structure and the working principle of the φ6.4m earth pressure balance shield machine cutter drive hydraulic system are introduced and the means of closed loop control with a variable displacement pump and a variable motor are adopted.Then,its simulation model is established and the sub-model parameters according to the actual situation are set up.The speed of the cutter is simulated according to the load charecteristics on the AMESim environment.Finally,the simulation results are discussed and analyzed and they provide the reference basis for building the shield machine in our coutry.关键词
