摘要
Abstract
This paper applies computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software FLUENT and multiple reference frame (MRF) to numerical stimulatian of the flow field of curved blade axial-flow stirrer.Firstly,it analyzes the flow field characteristics and the mixing power in the curved stirrer tank under different torsion angles.When the torsion angle is 10°,groove turbulence intensity is at larger area and the mixing power is the highest.In addition,it also analyzes the time-averaged velocity distribution and the mixing power of curved axial-flow stirrer under different blade numbers,which shows that the time-averaged velocity and the mixing power in the tank increase with the blade number increase.关键词
