Impacts Analysis of Phased Array Radar’s Beam Scanning on Reconnaissance and Interception

Abstract
For realizing the more effective reconnaissance and interception to the phased-array radar, the phased-array radar beams and its scanning features have to be deeply analyzed. By representing the antenna azi-muth and pitching direction’s weighted mode of the phased-array radar, this paper obtains the patterns of the phased-array radar through simulation, based on which, the reconnaissance and interception model is set up by combining the scanning case of radar antenna under various operating modes, the amplitude variation chart of the signals received by the reconnaissance system is also obtained through simulation, the interception probability of the reconnaissance system while the radar beams scanning are analyzed more deeply, and some significant conclu-sions are drawn as well in this paper.关键词
