军校青年教员教学研究能力的形成和培养
Development of Youth Faculty’s Teaching Research Abilities in Military Academies
摘要
Abstract
For purpose of boosting the youth faculty’s research abilities of teaching in military academies, from the concept and formation of teaching research abilities, this article analyses the factors that impacts on the formation of those abilities, and points out the importance of reflection quality with criticism on the formation of youth faculty’s research abilities, based on which, the plan for training the youth faculty’s teaching research abilities in military academies is given, and it is suggested that they should strengthen the cultivation of their own as well.关键词
