Allele Analysis of HLA-DQA1、 DRB1、 DQB1 in Families of Children with Recurrent Abdominal Pain

Abstract
Objective To explore the allele frequencies of human leukocyte antigen-DQA1、DRB1、DQB1 of children with recurrent abdominal pain and their family members.Methods The technique of polymerase chain reaction-sequence specific primers (PCR-SSP) technique was applied to identify the allele frequencies of HLA-DQA1、DRB1、DQB1.Results There was a corresponding "chain phenomenon" between HLA-DQA1,DRB1 allele and recurrent abdominal pain symptoms in children with recurrent abdominal pain and their family members.Conclusions HLA-DQA1*0302,HLA-DQA1*0601 and HLA-DRB1*09 allele may be associated with the symptom of recurrent abdominal pain.关键词
