Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography (CEUS) in the assessment of the therapeutic effect of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) with iodized oil for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).Methods CEUS was used in 39 HCCs after TACE and the final diagnoses were described as the standard to see the accuracy of CEUS in assessing the curative effect of TACE.Results The diagnostic accuracy was 92.3％ for CEUS,and the effect was remarkable.Conclusion CEUS is effective and reliable to evaluate the curative effect of TACE for hepatocellular carcinoma关键词
