循证医学在呼吸科临床实习中的应用研究
Research on the Use of Evidence-Based Medicine in Clinical Clerkship of the Department of Respiratory Medicine
摘要
Abstract
Objective To foster the clinic skills of medical students by introducing and using the concept and mode of the evidence-based medicine in clinical clerkship.Method The teaching mode based on the evidence-based medicine was carried out among the students involved in the clinical clerkship and investigations and tests was made and conducted so as to evaluate its effect.Results Results suggested that the abilities of the students to think critically in clinic and to search for and evaluate clinical evidences were enhanced apparently in almost every stage of the evidence-based clinical practice.Furthermore,better results were got both in theory learning and clinical skills examinations of respiratory medicine.Self-renewal of knowledge and clinical problems-solving were mastered independently.Conclusion The mode based on evidence-based medicine in clinical clerkship is beneficial to the development of medical students' clinical skills and initiative in clinical work.And also it can stimulate their learning enthusiasm and help them to get better practice effect.关键词
