上臂头静脉在口腔颌面部缺损修复重建中的应用
Arm Cephalic Vein as a Peripheral Vascular Graft in Reconstruction of Oral and Maxillofacial Oncologic Defects

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effect of arm cephalic vein for anastomosis in reconstruction of oral and maxillofacial oncologic defects.Methods:Reconstructive and transplantation surgery was performed in five patients whom underwent tumor ablation,neck dissection and radiotherapy in the head and neck region.As the recipient veins were damaged by the radical treatment in this area,the arm cephalic vein was dissected and rotated to neck as a substitute recipient graft to anastomosis with the vein of the bone graft.Results:The grafts demonstrated a reliable circulation and the effects of reconstruction were satisfied.Conclusion:In conditions of no useful recipient vein in head and neck region during tumor surgery,the upper arm cephalic vein could provide a way to finish the microsurgery in reconstruction of oral and maxillofacial defects.关键词
