腮腺多形性腺瘤手术方式的改良
A modified technique of parotidectomy for parotid pleomorphic adenoma.
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the feasibility of a modified technique of parotidectomy for parotid pleomorphic adenoma.Method:Sixty-two cases with parotid pleomorphic adenoma underwent the modified technique of parotidectomy and the complications of the surgery were observed.Result:All of the sixty-two cases had different degrees of facial palsy and were healed after two weeks to three months.The numbness of the regin of auricular lobule was healed in two months after surgery.No case suffered from salivary fistula.Postoperative follow-up of two years to ten years,only two cases underwent Frey′ syndrome and no recurrence was founded,no one was founded postoperative deficiency and the scar of the incision is not obvious.Conclusion:The modified technique of parotidectomy,compared with the traditional operation for parotid pleomorphic adenoma,can achieve the same efficacy.And it has the advantages of preservation of great auricular nerve,reconstruction of the surgical defect with a sternocleidomastoid muscle flap,lower rates of Frey′ syndrome,and no postoperative deficiency or deformity and the hidden incision.关键词
