听觉事件相关电位对轻度认知功能障碍的诊断价值
Diagnostic value of auditory event-related potentials on mild cognitive impairment

Abstract
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of auditory event-related potentials (AERPs) on mild cognitive impairment (MCI).Methods Thirty-four MCI patients,18 Alzheimer's disease (AD) patients and 34 normal controls (NC) were examined by AERPs and tested by neuropsychological scales,and the correlation of AERPs and neuropsychological scales in MCI patients were ananlyzed.Results Compared with AD group,target stimuli accurate counting rate of AERPs in MCI group and NC group was significantly increased,and reaction time (RT) was significantly shorter (all P ＜0.01).There was no statistical significance of target stimuli accurate counting rate and RT of AERPs between MCI group and NC group.The amplitude of P50 in MCI group was significantly higher than those in AD group and NC group (P ＜0.05-0.01).Compared with NC group,the latency period of P300 in MCI group and AD group were significantly longer,amplitude of P300 were significantly decreased (P ＜ 0.05-0.01).Compared with AD group,the latency period of P300 in MCI group was significantly shorter,amplitude of P300 was significantly increased (P ＜ 0.05-0.01).The differences amplitude of P50,amplitude and latency period of N100,P200,N200 had no statistical significance among 3 groups.The Pearson correlation analysis showed that the memory scores of all scales were negatively correlated with the latency period of P50 and amplitude of P300 (all P ＜0.01).Conclusion AERPs of MCI patients are obviously abnormal,and the abnormal characteristics are different from normal elderly and AD patients.It can be used as a reference index in MCI diagnosis.关键词
