摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of electroencephalogram (EEG) and MR diffusion weighted imaging(DWI) on Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (CJD).Methods The clinical data of 3 CJD patients were analyzed retrospectively.Results Three patients were subacute onset and the symptomas included disturbance of intelligence,consciousness,pyramidal damage and cerebellar damage.CSF routine and biochemical of 3 patients with lumbar puncture check were normal.Early brain CT or MRI showed abnormal in 1 case respectively.EEG of 3 patients (1 patient onset of 7 d,the third times) all showed the typical periodic three-phase waves or periodic waves.Brain MR DWI examination showed the high signal in cerebral cortex or corona radiata,centrum semiovale,basal ganglion,thalamus in the early stage.One patient was diagnosis with right frontal temporal brain tissue biopsy.After the onset of 1-3 months,3 patients died.Conclusion EEG and MR DWI play an important role in diagnosis of CJD.Especially MR DWI has a higher diagnostic value in early CJD patients.关键词
