Alloskin Cover Residual Wounds Inducing Autogeneic Reepithlialization in Treatment of Extremely Severe Burn

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of alloskin cover residual wounds inducing autogeneic reepithlialization in treatment of extremely severe burn.Methods A total of 30 patients with extremely severe burn were randomly divided into therapy group (n =15) and control group (n =15).Based on conventional therapy,the therapy group was treated with alloskin cover residual wounds inducing autogeneic reepithlialization,and the control group received conventional treatment for treating residual wound.The treatment effectiveness of the two groups was observed.Results The frequency of self-skin transplantation,cure time of wound surface,hospitalization cost and cure rate in the two groups showed significant differences (P ＜ 0.05).The source of renascent epithelial tissue of residual wounds was autologous epithelial tissue confirmed by DNA detection.Conclusion Alloskin cover residual wounds may induce autologous skin regeneration with proper conditions,which has a certain significance in treatment of patients with extremely severe burn.关键词
