Abstract
Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of shuertai combined with sodium hyaluronate in prevention of adhesion after abdominal and pelvic cavity operation.Methods A total of 148 patients after abdominal and pelvic cavity operation were randomly divided into experimental group (n =74) and control group (n =74).After douching with normal saline (NS) and Shuertai solution,sodium hyaluronate was smeared on the wound surface before abdominal suture in experimental group.Control group was not applied with sodium hyaluronate.Anal venting and defecation,body temperature,and abdominal and pelvic cavity adhesion 24 h after operation were compared.Results The incidence rate of anal venting and defecation postoperative 24 hours in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group (x2 =5.78,P =0.02) ; the incidence rate of body temperature ≥37.7℃ in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group (x2 =5.19,P =0.02) ; the degree of abdominal and pelvic cavity adhesion in experimental group was lower than that in control group (Z =3.27,P =0.001).Conclusion Shuertai combined with sodium hyaluronate after abdominal and pelvic cavity operation may prevent and reduce incidence rate of postoperative adhesion.关键词
