农村丧偶老人养老保障存在的问题及对策
Problems and countermeasures of rural widowed senior citizens' old-age security
摘要
Abstract
Questionnaire, literature review and quantitative research were conducted to analyze problems in rural widowed senior citizens' old-age security, namely agencies' weak management, scattered sub-jects, subjects' low living standard and mental status. Reasons behind these problems were analyzed as well. Accordingly, a proposal is made to construct a new social care system for rural widowed senior citizens. The three hierarchical social care system is made up of widowed senior citiazens' children, close relatives, neighborhoods as well as village committee, social organizations and government.关键词
