摘要
Abstract
In order to analyze the influence of real estate investment on economic growth, co-integration theory, Granger causality test and error correction model were adopted to analyze the relationship be-tween real estate investment and economic growth in Liaoning. The empirical result shows that there ex-ists long-term co-integration relationship and a short term two-way Granger causality between real es-tate investment and economic growth. Compared with the long-term effects, the pushing effect of eco-nomic growth on real estate investment is more evident in the short term.关键词
