“90后”大学毕业生心理状况及影响因素
Psychology status of“post-90s”college graduates and its influential factors
摘要
Abstract
In view of the poor psychology status of "post-90s" college graduates at job hunting, the in-vestigation was made to analyze the psychology status of the“post-90s”college graduates in job-hunting and its influential factors. Findings show that the main problems with college graduates at job hunting are somatization, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety and paranoid, the influential factors of which include enrollment expansion, personal expectation, family expectation, personal preparation for em-ployment, school employment guidance and social relations.关键词
