威灵仙总皂苷体外抑制NB4细胞增殖及对CD11b、CD33表达的影响
Effect of total saponin from clematis chinensis osbeck on proliferation and CD116/CD33 expression of NB4 cells in vitro
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To study the effect of total saponin from clematis chinensis osbeck on proliferation and differentiation of acute promyelocytic leukemia NB4 cell line in vitro.Methods:NB4 cells were treated with different concentration of total saponin for five days.The proliferation inhibition rates of NB4 cells induced by total saponin were calculated every day. Cell differentiation was demonstrated by Giemsa stain,transmission electron microscope(TEM) and NBT reduction assay at different time. The expressions of CD11b and CD33 induced by these drugs were measured by flow cytometry(FCM) at different time. Results: Compared with control group,clematis total saponin significantly inhibited the growth of NB4 cells dose dependently; but there was no statistical significance in cell differentiation. Conclusion: The total saponin can obviously inhibit the proliferation of NB4 cells, but has no significant role in cell differentiation.关键词
