摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the antioxidative activity of total flavonoids from Fructus canarii in vitro. Methods:The ability of total flavonoids from Fructus canarii to eliminate Hydroxyl Radical and superoxide anion radical was detected by three commom methods:1,10-phenanthroline-iron(Ⅱ)oxidation,1,2,3-Trihydroxybenzene auto-oxidation and Prussia Blue spectrophotom etry. Results:The total flavonoids from Fructus canarii is capable of scavenging hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion and has certain reducing power. Conclusion:Total flavonoids from Fructus canarii has antioxidant activity.关键词
