Abstract
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of Baicalin,Wogonoside, Baicalein and Wogonin in Xiaochaihu granules.Methods: The separation was carried out on a Dikma Diamonsil C18 column(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm).The mobile phase was methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid,by gradient elution, and detected with wavelength of 278nm.Results: Baicalin,Wogonoside,Baicalein and Wogonin had good linearity in the ranges of 0.418~4.18μg(r=0.9999),0.2~2μg(r=0.9999),0.233~2.33μg(r=0.9999),and 0.215~2.15μg(r=0.9998).The average recoveries were 98.10%(RSD=0.59%),98.85%(RSD=1.33%),98.95%(RSD=1.36%),and 99.09%(RSD=1.23%).Conclusion: This method is simple,rapid,accurate and with good repea-tability and recovery,it can be used as a quantitative analysis method for Xiaochaihu granules.关键词
