Abstract
Objective:To discuss the preoperative preparation, intraoperative cooperative nursing and postoperative nursing in emergent microsurgery for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods:Fifty cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage underwent minimally invasive hematoma evacuation. Operative nursing included preoperative:identifying,putting in proper place and observing patients;intraoperative:correct surgical position, key points in disinfection and spreading towels; and postoperative:nursing during transferring from operating room to ICU, and other matters needing attention. Results:Owing to the effective cooperation among surgeons and nurses, operations were successful in all 50 cases. The operation time was 1.5~4 hours. No mistakes occurred during operation. All the patients were transferred safely to ICU for further treatment. Twenty-five patient came back to consciousness after operation. Drowsiness occurred in 18 cases, and light coma in 7 cases. One patient died from hemorrhage, one from pulmonary infection, and one from multiple organ failure. Conclusion:Microsurgery, which has the advantages of small trauma, fewer complications and direct view, is an ideal method for eliminating hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Enhancing preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative nursing cooperation is beneficial to the increase of success rate of operation and decrease of fatality rate.关键词
