Discussion on Situation and Mechanism of China's Rural Poverty Alleviation and Development
摘要
Abstract
The rural poverty alleviation and development has obtained great achievements in reducing rural poverty population,improving the production and living conditions,and optimizing the industrial structure since implementation of the policy.But in view of the new changes in raising standards of rural poverty,highlighting relative poverty feature,increasing in costs and difficulty of overcome poverty,making prevention of poverty-returning harder,improving poverty alleviation mechanisms,we need to adjust the policy from innovating poverty alleviation mechanism,improving the pro-poor targeting mechanisms and infrastructure conditions,vigorously implementing participatory poverty alleviation,and completing the pro-poor policy system.关键词
