New Research on Endogenesis Mechanism of Social Integration for New Generation of Farm works——Synergistic Effect among Human Capital, Social Capital and Psychological Capital
摘要
Abstract
The new generation of farm-workers have been the main part of the city floating population.Focusing on the city integration of the new generation of farm-workers is related to the harmonious and persistent development of the whole society.This paper,which is based on the endogenesis mechanism of the new generation of farm-workers,analyzes the effect that is made by human capital,social capital and psychological capital on the social integration of the new generation farm-worker.Further more,we discuss the synergistic effect of the three kinds of capitals on the social integration.And then we put forward corresponding suggestions to promote the human capital,social capital and psychological capital,and to develop the three kinds of the capitals synergistically.关键词
