我国发展家庭农场的现状和问题及政策建议
Current Situation, Problems and Policy Suggestions for Development of Family Farm in China
摘要
Abstract
In this paper,we analyze the status of the development of family farms in china,their business scales are different,they gain the better economic benefits and develop quickly,the development of family farms faces with good opportunities,the central and local government attaches great importance to family farms,farmers have strong desire to develop family farms,however it also faces challenges,a shortage of funds and lack of management main body of severe.We summarized the experiences and enlightenment of developing family farm in the foreign developed countries.According to the practice of agricultural development in china,we propose that we should determine clearly the ownership of land rights,construct the new family farmers training systems,strengthen financial support policy innovation about the family farm,accelerate the improvement of the new agricultural social service system,develop appropriate scale family farms,in order to provide basic support and good environment for realizing the sustained and healthy development of family farms.关键词
