企业间专利组合的规模策略:基于古诺模型的研究
Inter-firm Patent Portfolio Scale Strategy:Based on Cournot Model

Abstract
Based on the Cournot model, this paper analyses the moderate scale of inter-firm patent portfolio. The main conclusion in-cludes:when some firms with a homogeneous products patent technology make the patent portfolio, those firms that didn't make patent portfolio become better, compared to the Cournot competition. And those firms that had made the patent portfolio is uncertain about their benefit. At the same time, there is a minimum patent portfolio scale for the different industries with various quantities of firms. In the end, it presents some canonical countermeasures and suggestions according to the reality in China.关键词
