Study on the Appearing Mechanism of Patent Portfolio Based on Both Value and Cost
摘要
Abstract
As a new theory, the patent portfolio theory is generated along with the increase of the level of market competition and the en-hancement of the IPRs protection in the world. The paper analyses the appearing mechanism of patent portfolio from the perspective of both the value and the cost of patent portfolio. In the end, it presents some canonical countermeasures and suggestions according to the reality in China.关键词
