Study on Self-organization Governance of Intellectual Property Network
摘要
Abstract
In modern economic environment, industrial organization shows the characteristics of vertical separation, enterprises with differ-ent core competencies connected with one another through intellectual properties have formed a new network organization structure–En-terprise Intellectual Property Network(EIPN), to improve their ability to adapt to outside environment. This paper systematically analyzed the background of EIPN, explained its definition and discussed its self-organizing characteristic. At the same time, the paper provided an overview of the governance model and explored the content of self-organizing of EIPN. At last, it discussed the self-organizing govern-ance of Fieldbus field as a case study.关键词
