摘要
Abstract
Data management agenda greatly benefits the standardization, propagation and sharing, chronic preservation, and value-adding of data by engendering exhaustive and systematic agendas on data generation, preservation, file and usage. By interpreting the general principles of data policy in Research Councils UK and the data management strategy in National Science Foundation USA, librarians will be able to better grasp on the requirement of scientific data management and the opportunities and challenges it brings forth to library serv-ice research, so as to prepare the service agendas and human resources and then better serve scientific research and technologic innovation.关键词
