摘要
Abstract
Recently,in the radiant section of a tube furnace,some furnace tubes appeared seriously bended and some elbows had hitting pits.This article described the macroscopic examination of furnace tube,thickness and hardness measurement,external diameter detection,metallographic examination.Combined with conditions of the furnace tube,some assessment were carried out,including stress analysis,corrosion analysis and creep assess.According to analysis,it reveals that severe bends of the furnace tube and upper elbow hitting pits are caused by disability of expansion in vertical direction resulted from locking of bottom guide tubes,meanwhile the material organization of furnace tube is normal,without overheating,creep signs or degradation damage which is still able to meet the safety requirements.关键词
