Abstract
Objective:To study the endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of upper gastrointestinal tract in patients with elevated lesions in the clinical application value.Methods: We analyzed 93 cases of elevated lesions of upper gastrointestinal EUS examination results.Results:February 2007 to November 2010, a total of 93 patients, esophagus in 26 cases, cardia three cases, 51 cases of stomach, duodenum 13 cases. Lesion types of stromal tumors of 35 cases, the external pressure of 18 cases, 13 cases of submucosal cysts, polyps in 10 cases, 5 cases of ectopic pancreas, three cases of tumor, two cases of venous sinus, lipoma (n=1). Conclusions:EUS can clearly show the hierarchy of the digestive tract wall and the wall outside, accurate positioning of the origin of the elevated lesions of the upper digestive tract, and can prompt the nature of disease, further treatment guidance.关键词
