摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore methods and efficacy of the treatment of tibial pilonfractures. Methods:Retrospectively analyzed clinical data of pillon fracture for surgical treatment of 30 cases admitted to our hospital from January 2009 to March 2012. Results:Fracture healing time was 8 to 16 weeks, an average of 12 weeks also type Ⅱ excellent in 13 cases, good in 1 case, and typeⅢ excellent 11 cases, good in 4 cases and poor in 1 case. Conclusion:For tibial pilon fractures, we need to select the appropriate LCP and try to protect the surrounding soft tissue and blood supply,that plays a vital role in fracture healing.关键词
