摘要
Abstract
Objective:To summary the clinical effect of femoral neck fracture by transferring of the M. Sartorius bone flap and internal fixation of hollow compression screws. Methods:Retrospective analysis 16 cases of femoral neck fracture by transferring of the M. Sartorius bone flap and internal fixation of hollow compression screws in our hospital from January 2007to October 2011. Results:15 cases was bone healing,1 case was nonunion and avascular necrosis of the femoral head. According to the Harris standard: excellent 3 cases, good 7 cases, medium 5 cases, and poor 1 case. Conclusion:The operation of hollow compression screw fixation and the M. Sartorius bone flap transferring for femoral neck fractures should be simple, easy to master, short operative time, reliable fixation, suitable for primary hospital promotion.关键词
