Abstract
Explore the use of ordinary laparoscopic instruments via umbilical hole feasibility of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and surgical operation points. Methods:7 cases of gallbladder disease (4 cases of gallbladder polyps, 2 cases of gallbladder stones, 1 case of gallstone polyps)in patients with complete surgical instruments used by the general LC umbilical laparoscopic cholecystectomy hole.Results:7 cases were successful without conversion to laparotomy, bile leakage and bleeding complications,1 case of costal arch to increase 1mm Kirschner wire suspension and traction gallbladder puncture.Conclusion:Clinical use of umbilical hole passing through the ordinary laparoscopic instruments LC safe, feasible, effective, reliable, outstanding cosmetic results, postoperative scar is not obvious, but the operational difficulties, Hospitals in the conditions improved as surgical LC promotion.关键词
