摘要
Abstract
To investigate the Combined Chiefs of edaravone Xiong glucose injection in the treatment efficacy of ischemic optic neuropathy. Methods: 40 cases of ischemic optic neuropathy patients were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, two groups were given the hormone, B vitamins, drugs and other infrastructure, the treatment group and edaravone and Shenxiong glucose injection, a total of 14 d,were observed before treatment and after treatment, the degree of neurological deficits, clinical efficacy, visual evoked potential indicators of change.Results: Patients treated with recovery of neurological function than the control group. After treatment, optic nerve function score, visual evoked potentials, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions: The edaravone joint parameters the Gung glucose injection in the treatment of ischemic optic neuropathy is safe and effective.关键词
