2011年上海市浦东新区社区卫生服务中心就诊伤害病例分析

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of injury cases seeking medical care in health centers in Pudong new area in Shanghai and provide evidence for the prevention and control of injury in community.Methods: Forty seven community health centers in Pudong new area were selected to conduct injury surveillance, the patients who sought medical care there and were diagnosed as injury for the first time from 1 January 2011 to 31 December 2011 were the study subjects. Results:A total of 34046 injury cases were reported the male to female radio of the cases were 1.61:1.The cases in local population accounted for 60.06%, while the cases in floating population accounted for 31.96%.The cases in local population aged from 40 to 64 accounted for the highest proportion, and the injuries mainly occurred in their homes. While the cases in floating population aged from 15 to 39 accounted for the highest proportion, and the injuries mainly occurred in industrial and building area. The first 4 causes were falling down, knife/sharp instrument injury, blunt force injury and non-motor vehicle traffic accidents. Conclusions:The highest priority of injury prevention should be given to the injuries caused by falling down and knife/sharp instrument injury, close attention should also be paid on the injury intervention in the old and floating population.关键词
