中西医综合治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛40例疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
To observe the curative effect of heritage neuralgia after herpes zoster treated by combined therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medine.Methods:80 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and controlled group,40 cases in each group.The controlled group:a cobalt amine point injection,semiconductor laser and day time; treatment group on the basis of the above combined with Yiqi Huayu Zhiteng Decocgtion and stab winding cutem therapy.Results:The total effectiveness of treatment group was 95％,the controlled group was 75％.There were significant differences (P ＜ 0.05) between the two groups.Conclusion:Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment after herpes zoster neuralgia is superior to western medicine treatment.关键词
