头部米阵针刺法治疗紧张性头痛的临床研究

Abstract
To observe the efficacy of head “米”-array needle therapy to treat tension headache.Methods:50 cases were randomly divided into acupuncture group and western medicine group,25 cases in each group.Acupuncture group received acupuncture treatment of head “米” array needle therapy everyday while western medicine group was treated with paracetamol and amitriptyline.After 10 days the therapeutic effects were evaluated.Results:The McGill Pain Questionnaire Score,pain duration,attack frequency and headache index of both groups were decreased compared to that before treatment (P＜0.05) and the first two items in acupuncture group were changed significantly better than that in western medicine group (P＜0.05).In acupuncture group the total effective rate was 88％ and the improvement rate of life quality score was 52.44％.In western medicine group the total effective rate was 64％ and the improvement rate of life quality score was 48.97％.The differences of two groups were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion:The head “米” array needle therapy can effectively reduce the degree of pain,shorten pain duration,reduce attack frequency and improve life quality of patients with tension headache.Its efficacy on tension headache is superior to that of paracetamol and amitriptyline.关键词
