针刺腰夹脊穴和足三阳经穴位治疗脑瘫临床观察
Clinic Observation of Needling Lumbar Jiaji Points and Points of Three Yang Meridians of Foot on Treating of Cerebral Palsy
摘要
Abstract
To discuss the efficacy of acupuncture,electro-acupuncture and exercise therapy as combined therapy to improve gross motor function in children with cerebral palsy.Methords:Treating 35 cases of children with cerebral palsy by acupuncture,electro-acupuncture and exercise therapy,and assess gross motor function of 35 cases by GMFM scale befiore and after treatment.Results:After three courses of treatment,the GMFM total percentage of 35 cases rises from 35.37±34.99 to 51.09 ±28.93 (P ＜0.05).Conclusion:acupuncture,electro-acupuncture and exercise therapy for children with cerebral palsy can improve gross motor function,but we need to select acupuncture pionts and prescription according to the different types of cerebral palsy and different developmental levels of children with CP.关键词
