花生CEM1基因的克隆及表达载体构建
Clone and Expression Vector Construction of Peanut Gene CEM1

Abstract
A cloned peanut sequence,named CEM1 with the GenBank accession number as EY396043,was obtained from the cDNA library of seeds and pericarp at different pod developing stages by sequencing and bioinformatics analysis.Sequencing analysis showed the CEM1 gene belonged to MADS-box family.The full length of CEM1 was 1 061 bp containing an open reading frame (ORF) as 762 bp.Its encoded protein with 253 amino acids had the molecular weight as 29.405 ku and pI as 9.18.The analysis of protein hydrophobicity and signal peptide showed that there was small possibility to cut the signal peptide and it had hydrophilcity.The VIGS expression vector of CEM1 gene was constructed,which provided a foundation for further research of its gene function.关键词
