摘要

Abstract

  On the case study of Hengshan Road-Fuxing Road historical and cultural area, the paper analyzes the brand features of historical and cultural areas in Shanghai, advocates to build and develop urban successful and long-lasting cultural brands of its historical and cultural areas, then puts forward brand strategies for the protection and renewal of urban historical and cultural areas to enhance their cultural values.
