Abstract
This paper gives comprehensive studies on smart city’s basic features and core concept, its influences among urban development, while framework and layers. According to the research, the paper puts forward a macro-level of development strategy and path for the building of smart city in Shanghai, hopes it will bring more broadly and thoroughly thought for the infrastructure construction and pattern of spatial development in the smart city, within the background of intel igence age.关键词
