建设长三角智慧区域的初步思考
The Preliminary Study on the Construction of the Yangtze River Delta Smarter Region
摘要
Abstract
The development of information technology has promoted changes of urban and regional development patterns and the spatial structures. Smarter city, as an advanced form of information city, is a new urban development patterns and urban form, and many Chinese cities have started the smarter city strategy. The Yangtze River Delta has many advantages of the construction of smarter region, though has the priority to become the first smarter region in China. In the construction and development of smarter region, we should put several considerations high on the agenda, including: speeding up the transformation and upgrading of industry, and the construction of knowledge and innovation network;accelerating regional integration through the space of flows;scientific plan and orderly promoting the construction of smarter region.关键词
