新疆营盘出土丝织品的氨基酸分析
Amino Acid Analysis of Silk Fabrics Unearthed from Yingpan Xinjiang

Abstract
This paper adopts amino acid analysis to analyze current preservation situation of a large number of silk fabrics unearthed in Yingpan,Xinjiang.This paper firstly conducts amino acid analysis of thermal ageing samples of artificial silk fabrics.The experimental results show that thermal ageing makes tyrosine content in silk fabrics reduce greatly.The fitted equation between tyrosine content Y and breaking force X is Y =2.66X0.12.Secondly,this paper estimates current preservation situation of silk fabrics unearthed in Yingpan,Xinjiang by use of artificial aging results.The result of amino acid analysis shows amino acid in the silk fabrics unearthed in Yingpan decreases to different degrees,where tyrosine content reduces about 26.9% ~ 40.5%.Through calculation of breaking strength and the ratio of tyrosine to glycine,it shows the silk fabrics are in decay state in need of reinforcing protection.关键词
