摘要

Abstract

As the main equipment to monitor the clean space,the light-scattering airborne particle counter has been widely used and caught more attention on its capability.In recent years,many kinds of measurements of the airborne particle counter have been made,which brings troubles to the manufacturing corporations and measurement organizations.This paper introduces the domestic and international counter measurement standards,and focuses on the comparison and analysis of domestic standards JJF 1190 and GJB/J 5416.
