Abstract
Application of DLL in hydrological forecasting system can give full play to the specialty of multiple development languages. It improves the system developing efficiency and the running speed. It also enhances the system extensibility. The article analyzes how to create and test hydrological forecasting system with VB in detail. And it analyzes how to call DLL which is created by VB for hydrologic forecasting in ASP.NET. The programming and calling instances prove that it is effective to use DLL for hydrological forecasting.关键词
