一种水利信息化发展程度评估指标体系的探讨
An Evaluation Index Architecture for Development of Water Resource Informatization

Abstract
According to the comprehensive architecture of water resource informatization in the JINSHUI engineering plan proposed by of MWR of PRC, this paper comes up with the water resource informatization evaluation index architecture and the methods to determine the weight of indexes. With the data from the Chinese water resource informatization study from 2006 to 2010, this paper evaluates the informatization development of four water resource administration institutions representatively from basin, the eastern, the central and the western in China. The chosen evaluation methods are weight method, expert evaluation method, entropy method and the combination of them the above. The evaluation shows that this evaluation architecture can express the extent and the trend of the water resource informatization development objectively, and methods with different weights have no sensitive impact upon the evaluation results.关键词
